Adventureland has an enviable environment to meet all the principles of “The Early Years Foundation Stage 2019.” This OFSTED requirement promotes the “Every Child Matters” outcomes and covers the seven learning and development requirements.
1. Communication & language 2. Physical development 3. Personal, social and emotional 4. Literacy 5. Mathematics 6. Understanding the world and 7. Expressive arts & design.
Babies are welcome. We take children from 3 months and progress right through to Pre-School.
We are proud to have achieved an official Good Ofsted rating. We offer the best of both indoor and outdoor facilities, an excellent team of nursery nurses, a dedicated baby area and much more.
The nursery is available for babies and children aged from 3 months to 5 years. The day nursery includes an outdoor and indoor play area, kitchen corner, sandpit, all-weather play zone, book & IT Corner, cosy corner, sensory room, story time and creative room. These facilities will ensure your child can learn whilst having plenty of fun; the professional staff making sure to monitor and take good care of the children no matter what activity they’re taking part in.
The nursery is open 7.30am to 6pm. A holiday club also runs during half terms from 8am to 5.30pm where children are taken on trips, use the climbing wall and a range of other activities.
