Off-Peak; Monday to Friday during term time. All others times are peak. Peak opening times also INCLUDE TEACHER TRAINING DAYS immediately before and after school holidays. WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Admission includes 1½ hours (2hrs if buying food) play for children aged 0 to 12 years inclusive. (Not strictly enforced during quiet times).
Height restrictions apply
(Children under 4' 9" /145cm only).
Older children may be admitted (price as for 4 - 12 years) at the management's discretion if accompanied by a younger sibling together with a responsible adult.
IMPORTANT ENTRY CONDITION:
A child must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult(18+) and each Adult must accompany a child/children.

ONLY FOOD AND DRINK purchased from "Cafe Oasis" may be consumed on the premises, babies under 12 months excepted.

SPORTS ZONE When required, the sports zone may be restricted for party groups only.

RULES OF PLAY: Admission is regulated by a strict set of rules to allow everyone to enjoy themselves safely. You will be asked to sign a copy of these when entering the play centre. CLICK HERE to see Rules of Play

DROP SLIDE availability cannot be guaranteed during quiet periods as it requires close staff supervision.

FOR COMFORT & SAFETY, entry will be suspended when all tables are occupied.

SOME SLIDES are very quick, therefore under 4s are not permitted use of the large playframe unless accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. The drop slide cannot be used by children under 6 years.

COMPLAINTS: In the unlikely event that you have a problem or complaint, it is essential that you bring this to our attention during your visit. Complaints brought to our attention after you have left the premises will not be considered valid.
